At Olympia, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing and secure environment where athletes can fully immerse themselves in the USA Gymnastics Developmental 10-level program. We prioritize essential aspects such as mindset training, physical readiness, functional movements, flexibility, and strength, recognizing the pivotal role they play in an athlete's development.
As champions of the core principle of the USA Gymnastics Developmental Program, we firmly believe that mastering fundamental skills is crucial for athletes to progress safely towards the highest levels of their potential.
Our program at Olympia encompasses competitive opportunities across all three key phases of development: Foundations (Pre-team, Level 1, and Level 2), Compulsory (Levels 3, 4, & 5), and Optional (Levels 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10).
By offering structured pathways through each phase, we ensure that athletes receive comprehensive support and guidance as they advance through their gymnastics journey with us. At Olympia, we are committed to empowering athletes to reach their full potential and achieve success in a positive and enriching environment.
Pre-Team, Level 1-2
3-7 years old
Olympia’s Foundational Levels include Pre-Team, Level 1-2 is for young athletes with a strong interest in gymnastics, showing physical coordination and speed.
It fosters skill development through gymnastics, requiring mastery of basic positions and skills to join. This achievement- oriented program provides introductory competitive experiences.
Level 3-5 Compulsory
6 - 12 years old
Progressive in nature, each compulsory level build upon the skills required at the previous level. Competitive opportunities are score based and include the USA Gymnastics State Championships.
Level 6 - 10 Optional
9 years old and up
Building on the foundations created in the Foundational and Compulsory levels the optional levels are the most difficult of the developmental levels.
